Learn how to: relax, strengthen and realign your body, gain control over your emotions, increase the power of concentration and uplift your mind. This class includes breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, Hatha Yoga postures, and relaxation techniques.
Bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. No perfumes or scents please.
This voucher may be used for either Hatha Yoga classes or Satsang Meditation classes.
Each student must purchase their own pass - passes may not be shared between family members or friends.
