Sampoorna Hatha Yoga: the Yoga for good health and peace of mind.
90 minute classes for all levels of students. This class includes: breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, Hatha Yoga postures, and relaxation techniques.
You will learn how to:

Sampoorna Hatha Yoga Open Class
• Saturdays - In Person: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.
• Sundays - Online/Zoom: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothes. No perfumes or scents please. All in-person classes will be held outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather.
If you choose to attend the online Zoom classes, we will send you the login information on how to join these sessions.
5-class package must be used within 3 months of purchase.
15-class package must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Monthly passes will be debited on the first of the month.
Each student must purchase their own pass - passes may not be shared between family members or friends.
